Noiret + Blaufränkisch + Marquette + Dornfelder - 10.5% alc./vol

First harvest of Noiret and Blaufränkisch which were added to Marquette and Dornfelder this year. Harvested and vinified all separately. Vatting for 15 days in stainless steel vats without punchdowns nor pump-over. Aged for 8 months in barrels. An perfect marriage between hybrids and viniferas, it is a vintage that pays tribute to the Eastern European wines that we love so much. Bottled as usual unfined, unfilterned and withour any added sulfur.
