50% Marquette, 30% Frontenac noir and 20% Petite Pearl – 12% alc./vol

Natural, whole-bunch (semi-carbonic) fermentation. Two-week “infusion” without punchdowns or pumpovers. Six months of aging and malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur. Fruit, substance and freshness in line with the style of the house.
