A blend of all our black grapes from the sandy soils of our Lanoraie vineyard. Combination of semi-carbonic and traditional fermentations, followed by stainless steel aging. A juicy, easy-drinking red with balanced acidity. John Doe is the perfect and approachable introduction to the world of Pinard & Filles.

Bottled unfiltered and unfined, without added sulfur.
