50% Radisson + 50% Marquette – 11.8% alc./vol
The idea of producing a vin primeur in Quebec has always seemed both relevant and achievable. This year, with an exceptionally early harvest, it felt even more so! An equal blend of Radisson and Marquette. Whole-cluster carbonic fermentation for the Radisson, and traditional fermentation for the Marquette. Bottled on November 10, unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
Serve chilled and drink as soon as possible—ideally before the end of the year!
