40% Marquette + 40% Frontenac Noir + 20% Petite perle - 11.3% alc.

We always thought it possible and relevant to release a primeur wine in Québec, especially for this exceptional vintage. Harvested from mid-September to mid-October. Whole bunch fermentation for the Petite Perle, destemming and treading for the Marquette and Frontenac noir. Natural fermentation for all three, with blending on November 2nd and end of fermentation in the bottle. The wine is unracked, unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur. Dangerously drinkable and slightly sparkling: serve chilled and drink as soon as possible!
