100% Frontenac Gris - 11.5% alc./vol

60-hours maceration followed by a soft pressing, natural fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel vats. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur. A tense and nervous wine as we like it in Quebec.
