Highly improbable blend of cuvée bottoms 2020 - 11.8% alc./vol

The Brutal cuvée is for us a totally free playground, meaning that the style and approach varies greatly depending on what a particular vintage is offering. The 2021 version is a rather disconcerting light red wine. Every time a particular wine was racked, the more turbid wine and the lees were transferred to the vat, meaning that the wine gradually took shape as wines were added, from April to October. One year of gradual blending and 6 months of aging in amphora once assembled. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
