An improbable blend of cellar ends – 11.6% alc./vol

As always, this is a blend of our leftover cuvées—23 different grape varieties in 2023! The Brutal cuvée is our limitless playground, its style shifting each year depending on what the cellar offers. 2023 was a long process, with several wines aged for up to two years. At each racking, the cloudier wine and lees were combined in tank, allowing the final blend to take shape gradually. The finished wine then spent 3 months in amphora.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
