50% Pinot Noir + 35% Dornfelder + 15% Blaufränkisch – 11.8% alc./vol

The return of one of our favorite cuvées! Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, and Blaufränkisch harvested separately, destemmed, and foot-trodden. Three-week maceration in stainless steel, with no punchdowns or pumpovers. Aromatic character comes mainly from the Dornfelder, with a subtler Pinot expression—giving the 2024 Pornfelder a distinctly “Germanic” style. Aged 12 months in barrel.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
