Marquette + Noiret + Gamay – 12.5% alc./vol

A blend of Marquette, Gamay, and Noiret from a clay parcel at the foot of a slope, where runoff from loam and schist soils accumulates. It’s named for the years of drainage misery it caused us—the name stuck, but the water is gone after successive drainage works. Now fully replanted, it’s one of the estate’s most interesting plots. Traditional vinification, followed by 12 months of aging in 228 L barrels.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
