50% Chardonnay + 50% Savagnin – 13% alc./vol

Both grape varieties harvested and vinified together. Natural fermentation and 24 months of lees aging in 228 L barrels, followed by an additional year in bottle. A house classic, Chardonneret expresses all the depth and tension of the vintage.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
