85% Chardonnay + 15% Savagnin - 11.5% alc./vol

Savagnin poses a challenge in the field, but the grapes come out with lovely ripeness and give extra dimension to this chardonnay-based blend. The two varieties are picked and vinified together. Natural fermentation followed by an twelve month aging on lees in 228L barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a homeopathic dose of sulphur.
