A light apple-infused wine born of a joyful collaboration with our friends at La Cabane d’à Côté. Natural co-fermentation of Dornfelder, Blaufränkisch, and Hibernal with apple must in stainless steel. Finished in the ancestral sparkling style. A unique beverage halfway between wine and cider—fine bubbles, light and aromatic. Perfect for apéritifs, picnics, or with apple pie!

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
