40% Frontenac Gris + 40% LaCrescent +  20% Apple juice   -  6.5% alc./vol  

A light apple flavored wine, Picniquette is the fruit of a happy collaboration with our friends at La Cabane d’à Côté and Les Miels d’Anicet. Natural co-fermentation of Frontenac gris and LaCrescent in stainless steel vats. Natural fermentation of apple juice in stainless steel vats, then blending of cider and wine just before the end of fermentation. Addition of raspberry honey from Miels d’Anicet during the canning, without sulfur or filtration, then natural re-fermentation in the can. Unique beverage, halfway between wine and cider. Fine bubble, light and aromatic, low in alcohol: ideal for a picnic or a hot summer day.
