70% Noiret 30 % Gamay - 9.5 % alc./vol

This new cuvée is a blend of Noiret and Gamay. Traditional vinification, followed by 16 months ageing in 228L barrels. Here, hybrids and Viniferas are blended for a good cause. The peppery delicacy of the Noiret blends perfectly with the structure and roundness of the Gamay, for a highly promising harmony.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
