Slightly sparkling wine from Frontenac Noir, very short maceration followed by gentle pressing, natural fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel tanks. Carbon dioxide added using the carbonation method. A fresh, lively wine, to be served chilled.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
