2023 was a wet and rainy vintage, but it was followed by an exceptional end of season that finally brought Savagnin to full expression. So here's Salicorne, our first cuvée made entirely from Savagnin! Naturally fermented and aged for 18 months on the lees of a single 228L Burgundy barrel. Typically Savagnin, lively, saline and straightforward, this cuvée is the culmination of a dream for us, proving that you should never stop believing in unicorns... Confidential quantities
