From the same clay parcel as La Piscine Rouge, at the base of the slope where runoff from loam and schist soils accumulates. Once plagued by drainage issues (hence the name), now fully restored and one of our most fascinating vineyards. Direct press, natural fermentation in stainless steel, and 12 months of aging on lees in 228 L barrels.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
