Chardonnay +Riesling +Savagnin +Hibernal+Briana - 10.7% alc./vol

Blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Savagnin, Hibernal and Briana. Direct press, natural fermentation in stainless steel vats, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur. This plot of clay at the bottom of the hillside, where plots of silt and shale flow, takes its name from the years of misery it gave us in terms of drainage. The name remained but the water left following a succession of works to dry it out. Today completely rebuilt as a plantation, it is one of the most interesting parcel of land of the vineyard.
