Chardonnay from a small plot nicknamed La Garrigue, dotted with fragrant wild herbs. Natural fermentation and 24 months of aging on lees in 228 L barrels, followed by an additional year in amphora—adding depth and ultra-silky tannins.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
