2021 was in every way exceptional, both in quality and quantity, and allowed us to make two vintages with Chardonnay. Here is the return of Vol au dessus du coucou, last produced in 2016! Natural fermentation and aging for 18 months on lees in 228 and 400L barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
