Direct press of Frontenac Gris—a first, as we didn’t harvest Frontenac Blanc in 2024. Natural fermentation in barrels filled two-thirds full, aged 12 months on lees without topping up. An oxidative, Jura-style wine with lovely freshness.

Bottled unrefined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.
